Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping

All artists have agreed to ship items within one week of a confirmed order, unless otherwise noted in your shopping cart. You, the customer, will be notified when the order is accepted, and when each item in that order has been shipped.

We ship only through FedEx. All initial shipping costs are covered by Cobalt Blue Artistry, LLC. Should you feel the need to return the item, you will be resonsible for return shipping.

In the event a damaged item is received, we will replace or repair the item, or refund your money at our discretion. Send us an email with the order number and product number as well as a description of the damage. Please do not return the item without our approval.

We ship only to the continental United States if you order via our website. If you wish to ship outside the continental U.S., please give us a call at 1-612-354-6543. Additional shipping charges and taxes may apply.

Returns

We offer a comprehensive and thoughtful return policy. We understand you are buying art. The pieces may be expensive and may take time for you to fully appreciate or work into your setting.

As such, we offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, ship the item back to us within 30 days of receiving it, and we will give a full refund on your purchase.

If you chose to return an item, send us an email with the order number and the product number. Both numbers are located on the packing slip that came with the item you are returning, as well as on the order confirmation email you received. Also, please indicate why you are returning the item so that we can better serve you in the future. Once we receive your email, we will process your request and email you the address of where to ship the item. Place the item into its original packaging, and bring it to your nearest fedex location to ship. Please be careful repackaging the item. If the item is damaged when it is returned, we reserve the right to charge you for the damages. After the artist receives the returned item, we will issue you a full refund of your purchase price. You are responsible for the return shipping charges.
